Estimated Start Date:  February 2024

Estimated Duration of Work Assignment: 12 months +/-

Job Description and Required Skills:

  • Will be responsible for developing and updating project schedules, performing resource loading, and maintaining multi-disciplined engineering and construction schedules.

  • Must be able to perform schedule calculations, organize activities, assign resources, and provide daily/weekly status updates.

  • Will interface with both owner and vendor organizations, monitor work activities, identify potential schedule conflicts, and notify project management of pending or future discrepancies.

  • Will also ensure the development of mobilization curves (load boards) and histograms to compare resource needs to actual personnel availability.

  • The Senior Scheduler must be proficient in Primavera, use schedule analysis for determining critical-path risk factors using industry standard analysis techniques, and have the ability to translate schedule data into metrics and reports.

  • Strong gap identification skills and ability to translate gaps into actionable plans for mitigation strategies and corrective actions is required.

  • Must have strong report writing and presentation skills for effectively communicating both positive and negative findings regarding schedule content, reliability, and adherence.


Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of nuclear experience is required.

  • A minimum of 7 years of scheduling experience is required, but 10+ years of scheduling experience it is preferred.

  • Project Scheduling (Engineering) experience in Nuclear is highly preferred.

  • Prior Entergy experience HIGHLY desired


Position requires unescorted access to the protected area of a nuclear plant.
