Compensation Analyst - Part Time - Tampa, FL


Anticipated Pay Rate: $30-$40 based on experience


Proposed Start Date: 6/3/2024


Anticipated End Date: 12/27/2024


Work: 3 days on site, 20 hrs. a week up to 25 with approval


Complete Description:


The contractor would work with the Compensation team on all matters analytical and reporting, managing large excel files for Job Architecture project and other compensation analysis as directed by the Director, Total Rewards or the Manager, Compensation.


Required Skills:

  • Excel – intermediate to advanced –

  • Strong skillset with formulas – vlookup/xlookup, index match, sumifs, etc.

  • Pivot tables – summarizing, analyzing, and presenting large data sets

  • Data visualization – charts and graphs

  • Data validation, auditing, and formatting

  • SAP – On Premise and Success factors

  • Working knowledge of SAP HRIS and SuccessFactors.

  • Spinfx reporting – creating and running reports is a plus.

  • Compensation benchmarking preferred (not required).

  • Knowledge of salary surveys, market pricing, job evaluations

  • Familiarity of Mercer and WTW

  • Total Rewards/HR background preferred.

  • High level understanding of org design, job architecture, and basic HR fundamentals

  • Confidentiality and integrity surrounding personal and pay data.

  • Regulatory familiarity

  • Good listener, critical thinker, attention to detail a must
