Project/Work Scope: Mechanical Engineering support - Position can be supported remote with several trips per quarter

BCP is seeking a Mechanical Engineer who has 20+ years of experience with the ANSYS program and FEA in a nuclear setting.
Educational / Experience Requirements:
· Mechanical Engineering degree.
· Experience with mechanical stress programs a must
Responsibilities include:
· Design, develop, and maintain mechanical systems and components.
· Create and evaluate mechanical systems using CAD software and simulation tools.
· Establish specifications and technical requirements for mechanical equipment and materials.
· Select suitable materials, components, and suppliers.
· Troubleshoot technical issues.
· Develop engineering solutions.
· Manage facility equipment operations, maintenance, repair, and construction activities.
· Evaluate current systems and propose engineering solutions.
· Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors.
· Manage facility equipment operations, maintenance, repair, and construction activities.
