Mechanical Maintenance Procedure Writer, GA

Project/Work Scope: Position will support procedure development, procedure backlog reduction and outage support.

Estimated Start Date: 9/16/2024

Estimated Duration of Work Assignment: (13 months)

Pay Rate: Not Defined / need Candidate’s requested rate

Per Diem: $93.94 / day ($657.60 per week)

Mob / Demob: $500.00 each ($1,000 total)

Hours: 40 hours/week (might fluctuate during outage by 10 hours/week)

Work Environment for this Assignment: 

Desired Qualifications / Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:  BCP is looking for a PPA-certified Mechanical disciplined Procedure Writer candidate with a minimum of 5 years’ experience at an operating nuclear facility and at least 5 years of Maintenance Procedure Writing experience.

Must have: Prior experience with the PAS template and prior PPA certification required.

Experience in lieu of a degree is acceptable but must have a HS diploma. The individual must have experience with maintenance work packages and procedures, and a PPA certification

Physical Requirements:  Primarily will be in an office location - at least 85% on site, flexible with some periodic remote work
