Job Description
Position Details / Scope of Work:The Offshore Client Representative (OCR) will assist the WTG Supplier with offshore readiness, WTIV preparation, safety permitting, and marine coordination to ensure all installation activities meet the Owner’s requirements for the installation and completion of 176 WTGs, ready for handover to the Commissioning Teams on a separate vessel.

Managing scope, ensuring safety and good seamanship
Tracking schedule performance, planning vessel and cabin logistics, collaborating with the WTIV crew
Chairing daily meetings, monitoring site conditions, completing daily progress reports (DPRs), resolving disputes, and conducting daily equipment and operation inspections.
Additionally, the OCR will support offshore installation and commissioning requests by ensuring WTG component and personnel readiness, focusing on continuous improvement and safety initiatives.
The OCR will ensure essential WTG safety systems are operational and, with the WTG Supplier, authorize the relocation of the WTIV to the next Transition Piece (TP) after a final equipment walkdown.
The OCR will also ensure inspection checklists for seafastening, bolting, prelift checks, installation, and pre-commissioning activities are completed properly and will coordinate with the WTG Supplier to
Requirements:
Candidates must be US Citizen or permanent residents (this is due to Jones Act)
Work on a rotation (3 or 4 weeks ON/OFF, 7 days a week, 12 hours/day).
Must have offshore experience
Experience at CS Wind, SEMCO, or Bladt Industries is a huge plus
GWO certifications required
Degree preferred
10+ years of experience
Physical Requirements: Must be capable of climbing, walking, kneeling, bending, and lifting as part of daily job responsibilities. Must be able to lift a minimum of 35–60 lbs.
