Sr Structural / Pipe Engineer (ASME)

Project: Structural/Piping analysis for uprate work

Work Location: Salem, NJ

Pay Rate: Not Defined / need Candidate’s requested rate

Duration: Initially One Year w/ annual extensions expected

Schedule: Full Time - Hybrid is acceptable *Must be willing to travel to the site as needed.

Required Education and Certifications / Licenses:

Engineering degree, commercial nuclear required. Piping/AMSE experience a must

·        Engineering degree and considerable experience in large industrial facilities performing load analysis related to large structures, heavy lifts, large pipe supports.  This involves calculation reviews, software modeling, and adherence to industry standards like ASME B31.1 and ASME B&PV Section III.

·        Work on a wide range of large piping nuclear projects.

·        Plan and conduct site investigations to document existing conditions.

·        Execute the construction-administration phase of projects, including bid assistance, submittal review, site meetings, observations of completed work, etc.
