Per Diem: GSA / CONUS rates
Mob/Demob: $500 each way
Expenses: At cost during travel
Position will provide engineering support / design review for MOV and AOV related projects
BCP is looking for a qualified Valve program manager with a minimum of 15 years experience. Responsibilities: Provide technical expertise in the identification, investigation, and resolution of plant operating, safety, and design issues to ensure plant reliability and availability Including use of technical expertise to support safe and reliable plant operation and maintenance of valves/components. Developing mechanical technical evaluations e.g. repair plans, bolting, torquing, and gasket evaluations
Monitoring, trending and assessing system, program and component health to improve plant reliability. Championing Strategic Improvements to Systems and Components
Support maintenance and work management by resolving engineering technical issues within the work management process, including simple trouble shooting support.
Leading complex troubleshooting activities with maintenance and operations support. Leading design, development and installation of strategic, emergent and temporary modifications in the plant
Identify, prioritize and support other plant processes and programs including: the corrective action program, operability determination, adverse condition monitoring and operational decision making processes
Perform field support of plant activities and conducting paired or individual system walk downs
Education: BS preferred. Engineering degree a plus
Physical: Lift 50lbs, perform walk downs
