BCP experience in plant and station commissioning spans all areas of the Electric and Gas industry and includes:

  • AP1000 New Plants

  • Nuclear Plant Restarts

  • Fossil Generation New Plant

  • Substation New Builds and Retrofits

BCP is a trusted source to provide leadership and oversight for new plant commissioning.  BCP begins with the end in mind and focuses on establishing an integrated project schedule (IPS) by focusing on commissioning activities as a driver for construction activities.  We believe in developing effective lines of communication and continuous improvement through proactively identifying lessons learned and communicating those across the company.  While there is much to developing and implementing an effective commissioning process, several fundamental elements include:

  • Establish an effective Configuration Management process and system

  • Establish a Trust but Verify Governance and Oversight Model
