SLR Assessment and Implementation
Performed HFE process Situational Assessment identifying significant gaps to compliance. Deployment of an HFE team to develop and implement process guidance, perform HFE evaluations of proposed modifications, perform verification and validation actions (including demonstration exercises), and collaborate with plant staff organizations to integrate HFE insights into their SLR activities.
Control Room Improvements
Performed situation assessment and gap analysis for multiple nuclear operating power stations’ main control room (MCR) and training simulators.
The assessment was sponsored by a Chief Nuclear Officer (CNO) to improve operators and support staff culture at the stations by making MCR improvements aligned with industry best practices.
