BCP TEAM MEMBERS

Gregory J. Lormand
CEO/President
Greg has worked with BCP since 2004 and has over 30 years of entrepreneurial engineering and management consulting experience, broad industry and business application experience, domestic and international management consulting experience, partnership and alliance development experience, and strategic planning and organizational design experience to provide leadership and direction to BCP. Greg has both a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Masters in Business Administration degree from Louisiana State University, and has directly supported a number of BCP client engagements since 2004.

Henry Walters
President, Cyber Realm Solutions, a BCP Subsidiary
Henry is a veteran of the United States Submarine Service and is President of Cyber Realm Solutions (CRS), a BCP subsidiary. He has thirty seven years of digital control and computer systems engineering experience at several nuclear power plants. Henry is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP-ISSMP) and is experienced in all aspects of Nuclear Cyber Security Program Development. He manages the Cyber Security client engagements for BCP. Henry is very experienced in Cyber Security risk assessments, security control analysis and program, policy & procedure development. He also has an extensive fleet level knowledge in Cyber Security training program development, defense in depth and protective strategy development. Henry is an Subject Matter Expert in Nuclear Cyber Security Program requirements consistent with NRC Regulation 10 CFR 73.54.

Angela L. Jackson
Executive Vice President, Tax Services
Angela has over 30 years of management, accounting, financial analysis, project management, leadership and consulting experience and has worked with BCP almost 20 years. AS EVP, Tax Services, Angela manages the R&D Tax Services client engagements specializing in Research & Development tax credits. Throughout her career, Angela has managed research credit studies working closely with executives, engineers, scientist, project managers, and software developers in a wide range of industries. Relevant industry experience includes but not limited to utilities, pharmaceutical, technology, manufacturing, and software development, other professional services. Angela has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Our Lady of Holy Cross College, and a Master’s in Business Administration degree from The University of New Orleans.

Kathleen Keen
Director, HR Shared Services
Kathleen (KK) has been a vital part of the BCP team since 2020, bringing over 25 years of experience in Shared Services, Human Resources, Curriculum Development and Corporate Training to her role as Director of HR Shared Services. Her extensive career includes a significant tenure at the only Fortune 500 utility company in New Orleans, where she specialised in Sourcing and Workforce Planning, honing her skills in managing diverse teams and enhancing operational efficiency. KK's experience spans various work environments, allowing her to collaborate with a wide range of teams and contribute unique insights that enrich the corporate office at BCP. Her passion for driving organizational success and fostering a collaborative workplace culture makes her a valuable asset to our team.

Lauren Thew
President, Client Solutions
Having served in the U.S. Army with two tours in Iraq, Lauren has an incredible work ethic. She incorporates a mission-focused attitude, excellent interpersonal skills, and leadership traits into her work. She earned her bachelor’s degree at the University of Nevada Reno, and then became a Project Manager to support the Nuclear power industry. She provides professional services to the commercial nuclear, fossil, and transmission & distribution utilities. She has successfully managed the support for major construction projects across the United States. This combination of experience and education has made Lauren a remarkable professional of the highest caliber, with amazing leadership skills.

William S. Knous
Business Executive
Bill is responsible for providing leadership and oversight to support utility customers especially in the areas of project management, design engineering and consulting. This covers a wide range of leadership, planning, design and construction interface roles in support of project delivery, project management office resources, expertise and technologies. Throughout his thirty-eight years Bill brings his engineering, technical, consulting and Project Management experience to all of his positions. This started with new plant design engineering and construction support of the Clinton Power Station, and progressing through increasing levels of responsibility in supervision, operating plant support, project manager, mechanical manager, support services manager, systems manager, business development, cloud technology system sales and implementation consulting, nuclear power technical issues resolution / implementation such as GSI 191, EPC project manager and account management. He holds a BS degree in from Southern Illinois University.

Ryan Jones
Vice President, Client Solutions
Mr. Ryan Jones joined BCP in 2023 as the new Vice President | Client Solutions. Ryan has over 14 years of experience in the field of business development and project management. He has successfully led business development efforts and managed complex projects with exceptional results. His strategic mindset, innovative approach, and commitment to excellence aligns perfectly with our company’s values and vision. As Vice President | Client Solutions, Ryan will be responsible for expanding our Client Solutions Department, driving business development initiatives, and fostering strong client relationships. His deep understanding of the industry and his ability to identify emerging industry needs will enable us to stay at the forefront of the market. Ryan brings a wealth of experience and expertise to our organization. We are confident that his leadership will strengthen our team and enhance our company capabilities.

Liz Kelly
Controller - BCP/CRS
Liz is a seasoned accounting professional with extensive experience in financial management. She previously served as Controller at Next Bio-Research Services, followed by a role as Assistant Controller at McKinney Specialty Labs, and led the accounting department as Accounting Manager at Virginia Cancer Institute. She also managed multifaceted responsibilities as Accountant and Office Manager at Virginia BIO. Other career highlights include: FDA regulatory reporting at Altria and early positions at Millennium Pharmaceuticals and Copley Pharmaceutical. She holds a BS in Finance and Accounting Management and an MS in Project Management from Northeastern University.

Stephen Kenney
Director Human System Integration Group
Stephen has over 40 years of experience in the commercial energy business in managerial, leadership and technical positions. Stephen has BS and MS degrees in Nuclear Engineering. Over the past four years, Stephen led the assessment, recovery, and re-deployment of Human Factors Engineering (HFE) at Dominion Energy in support of the Subsequent License Renewal Projects for Surry and North Anna nuclear facilities and has supported development of guidance for Test Reactor 50.59 evaluations. Past responsibilities include: Project Manager Instrumentation System replacements (Radiation Monitoring, Process Computers, Security Systems, and Fire Protection Systems), Reactor Vessel Bottom Head and Intake Structure inspections, Fuel Handling Systems upgrades, Core Reloads, and Dry Fuel Storage; Project Engineer/Manager UK Radioactive Waste Management arising from Magnox Reactors and US Improved Technical Specification Conversion; Project Engineer Advanced Nuclear Power Plant Control Room Designs and Process Computer Systems; Engineering Group Supervisor Instrumentation and Control and Human Factors responsible for Control Room Designs and Upgrades (Nuclear, Hazardous Waste Management and Jet Fuel production), Design Bases Recovery, Engineering Process Improvement; Reactor Engineer responsible for Reactor Fuel management, Reactor Instrumentation Systems startup and operation (including Safety Parameter Display Systems), and Reactor Startup and operation; Startup Engineer nuclear plant systems, instrumentation and control and reactor startup testing. Stephen has supported development and review of NRC NUREGs and Reg Guides, EPRI reports and IEEE standards on digital instrumentation and control and human factors. Additionally, Stephen is supporting current NEI efforts to enhance guidance on the application of Human Factors Engineering in nuclear power, ANS efforts to provide guidance on use of simulators in non-training capacities and NRC efforts to achieve a scalable Human Factors Engineering review process.

Tyrone S. Tonkinson
Sr. Consultant, Project Manager/Quality Manager
Ty has over 40 years of experience in the commercial nuclear industry working for utilities including PECO Nuclear, Progress Energy, PPL Susquehanna, Entergy, and Exelon. Ty has experience in Engineering, QA, Licensing, Corrective Action, Work Management, Maintenance, and Project Management. Ty has an SRO Certification. Ty has a BS degree in Nuclear Engineering, MA in Organizational Management, PhD in Safety Engineering, and PE license. Ty honed his organizational assessment skills as an ISEG engineer for 6 years, followed by leading approximately 20 program and site-wide team assessments at Limerick, Shearon Harris, and Susquehanna. One example – Ty led the 1998 Maintenance Rule Program Audit Team at Limerick, followed by leading the Program Improvement Team: averting an NRC Level III violation and $55,000 fine. Ty has been supporting the Dominion SLR HFE improvement project since 2022 as the HFE Group Project Manager and architect of the HFE Group’s governance.

Anna Dresser
Director, Project Services
Anna Dresser is the Director of Project Services on the BCP Engineers & Consultants corporate team. She earned her bachelor’s degree at Augusta University, prior to starting her career with BCP Engineers & Consultants. Anna has responsibility for onsite support the business and human resource needs of our key clients and the needs of our employees for BCP major projects. Ms. Dresser has supported both operating and new construction projects for nuclear power plants.

Mark Beggs
SME, Specialty Tooling and Plant Services
Mark began his nuclear career as an apprentice machinist in 1987 with Apex Technologies working on steam generators and motor operated valves. Not being one to sit still, Mark also supported PWR outages supervising crews performing such projects as: Eddie Current, Sludge Lansing, FROSAR and Encor Instrumentation. Over time, Mark’s passion led him to Seal Table Maintenance which became his specialization. Mark joined the BCP team in 2002 when BCP acquired the Seal Table Division of Apex technologies. Over his career, he has supported more than 100 outages and countless clients. Outside of outage season, Mark is a machinist working on specialized tooling required to complete these jobs.

Mary H. Miller
Sr. Consultant, Licensing
Mary has over 40 years of experience in military, government, and commercial industrial plant activities in areas of design, project management, licensing, and operations. Mary has a BS in Chemical Engineering. Her areas of expertise include nuclear, chemical, high-energy laser (optical) and human factors engineering; process improvement; hazard analyses; inspection; and regulatory compliance. She has a record of accomplishment, identifying and solving problems, and delivering results. Mary was in the U.S. Navy in positions including Nuclear Power Project Officer, Ship Superintendent, Contract Administrator for US Navy laboratory programs and submarine and aircraft carrier overhauls, Test Director, and Chief Engineer. Mary retired at the rank of Captain. Mary worked for the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) in roles including Regional Reactor Inspector, Sr. Resident Inspector, and Assistant to Chairman of the NRC. Mary also has utility management experience at Nine Mile Point. Mary has been supporting the Dominion SLR HFE improvement project since 2020 as the Licensing SME.

Mark Doyle
Director, Projects
Mark is a Senior Executive with extensive Project Management, Business Development, Marketing and Sales experience in various industries including Nuclear Utilities, Manufacturing, Engineering, Government/Regulatory, and Research Institutes. Mr. Doyle has over 35 years of experience in multiple direct and consulting positions at over 30 plant sites within the Commercial Nuclear Power industry; and over 10 years in manufacturing implementing enterprise software. Mark has successfully managed a wide variety of teams in tasks ranging from construction completion and preoperational testing of major plant systems to multimillion-dollar business process improvement projects resulting in major organizational restructuring, and equipment and system enhancements. He has performed NRC and INPO type evaluations of operating experience events, event reports, and licensing issues at multiple Nuclear Power plant sites and has participated in all phases of nuclear power business from construction to startup testing and go live, refueling outages, reactor engineering, plant licensing, maintenance improvement projects, engineering modification design and deployment, nuclear safety oversight, health physics, regulatory compliance, and plant process computer upgrades. Mr. Doyle has worked as a Project Manager and consultant for 10 years outside the nuclear arena, managed multisite and multinational business software implementation projects at over 50 organizations that include manufacturers, major hospitals, cities, and universities. Industries include oil & gas, chemicals, shipbuilding, automotive, pharmaceutical, electronics, and mass transit that encompassed both discrete and process manufacturing types. He has also participated in the sales and marketing of services and products related to the nuclear industry, and in the business software marketplace.

Matt Cukras
Director of Recruiting
Matt Cukras serves as Director of Recruiting for BCP Engineers & Consultants, where he leads talent acquisition efforts supporting the engineering, energy, nuclear, construction, and technical consulting industries. Matt uses his recruiting and workforce solutions experience to build strong relationships and develop effective hiring strategies. He connects qualified professionals with opportunities that align with their experience and career goals. He is also highly team-oriented and believes that a collaborative, positive work environment is essential to creating strong teams, supporting professional growth, and achieving long-term success.

Jennifer Lister, CRP
Lead Recruiter
Jennifer Lister is a seasoned recruiting professional with a decade of experience connecting top talent to the nation’s leading energy, utility, and industrial projects. As Lead Recruiter at BCP Engineers & Consultants, she oversees full-cycle recruitment and account management for high-demand sectors including nuclear, oil & gas and power generation. Before joining BCP full-time, Jennifer built a diverse background in communications, leadership, and community engagement—serving with organizations such as the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Tampa Bay, and Give Kids The World Village, where she led large-scale volunteer and education programs. This foundation in relationship-building continues to shape her empathetic and collaborative recruiting style. Jennifer graduated with honors from the University of Central Florida, where she completed a double major and earned two Bachelor of Arts degrees: one in Interpersonal Communication and one in Organizational Communication. Heily Hernandez serves as an Administrative Specialist at BCP Engineers & Consultants, where she provides essential organizational and administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations. Drawing on her background in communications and talent coordination, Heily brings a detail-oriented and professional approach to every project. Before joining BCP, Heily worked as a recruiter for a nonprofit retirement community, where she managed candidate outreach, interviews, and onboarding processes. She also gained valuable customer service and office management experience as a receptionist in the insurance industry. Heily holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications, which strengthens her ability to communicate effectively, coordinate teams, and foster positive relationships within the workplace. Laurie Beggs
Project Support and BCP Recruiting Consultant
Laurie Beggs has been a dedicated team member since 2006 working her way up from Junior Recruiter to Director of Recruiting. In 2026, she stepped back from day-to-day oversight and moved into a project support and consultant role. She brings a warm, approachable demeanor and a strong work ethic to her role. With a reputation for being hardworking, dependable, and continuously striving for growth, she fosters a positive and collaborative work environment.

Erika Roden
Corporate Recruiter
Erika Roden is a Corporate Recruiter at BCP Engineers & Consultants and has been a dedicated team member since 2019. She began her career at BCP as an Administrative Assistant supporting the Recruiting Department and quickly advanced into a Corporate Recruiter role in 2021. With a strong work ethic, perseverance, and a genuine passion for people, Erika has become a valued member of the recruiting team.
