CASE STUDY – ONLINE CYCLE PLAN
BCP provided support for an online cycle plan (long range schedule) development. BCP supplied experienced critical resources to plan and develop an integrated multi-discipline online long range schedule to improve schedule efficiency.

An example of a BCP deliverable included the development of work activity groupings to minimize “system out of service time” and more effectively and efficiently manage station Maintenance and Operations resources.
