Job Description: We are looking for a R&D Tax Credit Analyst to join the team in our Research & Development Tax Department. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, organizational and planning skills, initiative and enthusiasm, and strong interpersonal skills.

Job Responsibilities:

• Analyze accounting information and create cost summary schedules

• Maintain project documents

• Client intake and setup

• Analyze incoming documents and files from clients

• Review all final cost schedules for formatting and accuracy

• Assist in research and analysis

• Ability to work independently and manage time in order to meet time-sensitive deadlines

• Manage multiple projects at once

  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, or related field

• Two or more years of experience in accounting, tax, or finance. Prior experience in R&D Tax Credits preferred;

• Ability to prioritize and drive progress on multiple projects at once, comfortable juggling projects in various stages of completion;

• Self-motivated and able to work in a deadline-driven, fast paced environment;

• Strong analytical, research, project management and organizational skills;

• Strong interpersonal skills, able to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently to achieve results

• Attention to detail

• A passion to gain a strong understanding of R&D Tax Credit concepts;

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
