Work Location:  Full Time on Site

Duration: 11 months +  

Rate: is open and non-exempt 

Hours: Full time / 40 hours (onsite)

Per diem: $167.00/day (7 days per week)

Mob / Demob: GSA Expenses

Trip Home: 1 paid trip home per month

Job details: 

As a Field Supervisor, here’s the work you’ll do:

• Provide daily directives to craft to meet safety, quality, cost and schedule.

• Ensure all work is completed in accordance with quality and safety standards.

• Engage in field walkdowns to monitor ongoing construction activities.

• Support tracking project progress, quantities installed and work remaining.

• Provide weekly updates to management on project status, including safety hours, total work hours and quantities installed.

• Process change orders and obtain necessary approvals.

• Inform management of changing field conditions and work progress.

• Implement site safety plans and ensure compliance of safety procedures.

• Monitor and enforce safe work practices and hold regular safety meetings.

• Understand and adhere to technical requirements outlined in subcontracts.

• Coordinate with subcontractors and ensure timely completion of work

Skills: 

• Understanding construction principles, methods and safety standards.

• Experience with schedule, budget and change management

• Excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills

• Proven ability to lead and motivate teams

Must have Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience

• Experience in construction and field supervision

• Experience with schedule, budget and change management

• Implement site safety plans and ensure compliance of safety procedures.
