Support Outage & Project Services in Power Generation / Combined Cycle Plant

Work Location: Combined Cycle Plant in Rogersville, TN

Estimated Duration: 5 months

TVA Per Diem: $1,500 / month

Position Description:

TVA Health and Safety procedures/policies and processes are performed, personnel supervised are Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA) 10 trained as a minimum, and have proper tools needed to perform to work safely and efficiently, development of training matrix and checklist to comply with TVA Safety Manual is performed, ensuring appropriate behavior based safety and environmental programs/plans are fully implemented and ensures communication, quality, cost-effectiveness, timely completion, and performance of each project assigned is performed.

Key Responsibilities

• TVA Health and Safety procedures, policies, and processes are performed

• Personnel supervised are OSHA-10 trained as a minimum

• Ensure proper tools are available to work safely and efficiently

• Development of training matrix and checklist to comply with the TVA Safety Manual

• Ensure behavior-based safety and environmental programs/plans are fully implemented

• Ensure communication, quality, cost-effectiveness, timely completion, and performance of each assigned project

  
  

Must Haves

• Experience working in a construction manager role on power or industrial projects

• Ability to supervise personnel who are OSHA-10 trained

• Strong knowledge of safety procedures, checklists, and training matrix requirements

• Must be able to comply with and enforce TVA Safety Manual

• Ability to deliver projects safely, on time, and cost-effectively
