Project Manager

Work Location:  Twinsburg, OH

Rate: Not Defined / need Candidate’s requested rate

Hours: 40+

The required qualifications are as follows:

• 5+ years of demonstrated project management experience

• Proven experience managing technical projects within a manufacturing environment

• Hands-on experience delivering projects under an Agile methodology

• Strong supply chain / procurement coordination experience

• Nuclear and/or utility industry manufacturing experience

• Experience with code-specific material requirements

• Background in adjacent regulated industries (pharma, aerospace) considered

Position Details: 

• Lead multiple concurrent manufacturing projects from initiation through delivery

• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and deliverables using Agile methodology

• Coordinate across engineering, production, quality, and supply chain teams

• Own supply chain coordination, ensuring materials are procured to code-specific nuclear requirements

• Serve as primary point of contact across a varied customer base for products and sensors going into nuclear plants

• Manage risk, remove blockers, and drive on-time, on-budget delivery aligned to safety and quality standards

• Provide clear, consistent stakeholder communication and status reporting

Strongly Preferred:

• PMP certification
