Technical Project Coordinator
Work Location: Full Time on Site / Southeastern New Mexico
Duration: 11 months +
Rate: is open and non-exempt
Hours: Full time / 40 hours (onsite)
Per diem: $167.00/day (7 days per week)
Mob / Demob: GSA Expenses
Trip Home: 1 paid trip home per month
US Citizenship Required
Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Sr PM, oversees staff in planning, and monitoring project activities.
Supports all aspects of project implementation, including budget development, work package and preparation
Resolve schedule delays and conflicts to maintain project timelines.
Track costs versus budget for assigned projects and ensure financial accountability.
Interface frequently with clients, engineers, related parties, and management to maintain progress and focus.
Supports the development and management of contracts and coordinates with vendors to support project needs.
Prepares and delivers written and oral communications to various groups, including senior management.
Develop and maintains long-range planning strategies for assigned projects
