BCP and our subsidiary, Cyber Realm Solutions (CRS) provide flexible and adaptable approaches to working with clients. BCP and CRS work with each client to determine the best and most appropriate method of working based on the client’s needs and desired outcomes.

CLIENT ISSUE/PROBLEM

BCP was brought in to manage and oversee the Milestone 8 Cyber Security Implementation Project, which included approximately425 project-specific activities and deliverables with only one year to meet the NRC Commitment date.

SOLUTION

BCP provided corporate oversight and the project management, controls, and oversight team to fully implement the Full Implementation of Milestone 8 requirements. This includes full implementation of controls on all CDAs, cyber-attack mitigation and incident response strategies/programs, additional security requirements relevant to vendors, enhanced CDA integrity, and configuration management.

The BCP team dealt with many unique challenges, such as documentation of CDA remediation for configuration control; Implementation of vendor-supplied CS Ops Center and remediation cabinets with little input as to the new equipment arrival, and Site Acceptance Tests, Functional Tests, and remediation requirements.
