CLIENT ISSUE/PROBLEM

The client had a significant need to support technically difficult outages requiring both overall outage management and technical expertise in niche areas.

SOLUTION

Working with the client to identify the most critical needs, BCP provided key outage management experts (OCC Manager, War Room Manager, Critical Path Managers, and Operations Liaisons).BCPprovided Lead technical expert to support Under-vessel Inspections and other under-vessel work in a recent Refueling Outage well as providing containment coordination and foreign material exclusion management support.
